I believe Jesus knows and cares deeply about every burden we carry. My aim as a counselor is to help the women I serve experience His compassionate care in ways that lead to real and lasting change.
After twenty years dividing my time between being a stay-at-home mom to five and serving in cross-cultural ministry to women and families, I completed a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, and additional training through the Trauma Healing Institute.
I work with teen girls (ages fourteen and up) and women of all ages seeking healthier relationships, healing from abuse and dysfunctional patterns, and help moving forward when they feel stuck spiritually or emotionally.
I have counseled in private practice since 2019, and I also work as a field experience supervisor with CCEF (Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation, Philadelphia, PA), where I support and mentor graduating counseling students. I love working with women in person in Newark, Delaware, and I have deep gratitude to God for the ways technology makes Christ-centered counseling available anywhere a woman has wifi and a desire to grow. I am also a very grateful wife and blessed mom to an adult son and daughter, and three girls still growing up.
