I provide biblical counseling for women and teen girls navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse, emotionally destructive relationship patterns, ministry stress, and other seasons of suffering. My desire is to offer wise, compassionate care rooted in Scripture while helping women understand their struggles and grow in hope.

Before formal Christian counseling became part of my vocational work, I spent many years devoted primarily to family life while also investing deeply in ministry to women and children, both locally and cross-culturally.

That long season of ministry and life experience eventually led me to pursue formal training, completing a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and additional training through the Trauma Healing Institute.

Since 2019, I have provided biblical counseling for women and teen girls seeking help with anxiety, grief, healing from abuse and emotionally destructive relationship patterns, ministry stress and burnout and other seasons of suffering and battles with sin. Grounded in Scripture, my counseling approach combines careful biblical wisdom, thoughtful engagement with current research, and practical help for women navigating complex emotional, relational, and spiritual struggles. I also serve as a field experience supervisor with CCEF, mentoring counseling students as they grow in wise and compassionate care for others.

I love counseling in person in Newark, Delaware, and I’m equally grateful for the way technology makes online counseling possible for women wherever they live. I often tell women who wonder whether meeting online will work for them that my job is to make the screen disappear, and by God’s grace, it often does.

Today, I’m grateful to serve women as a counselor while also continuing to grow in the ordinary and holy callings of being a wife, a mother of five, and a follower of Jesus.
